Bombay street side grilled sandwich

Nostalgia night! “Grilled sandwiches” Bombay style - Aloo(potato) paneer filling with veggies and cilantro chutney.

This is a super special sandwich, and it uses certain veggies, in a certain order to grill them, thereby calling it the "grill' sandwich". Yes, the "ed" of grilled isn't audible. Swastik Sandwich, Santacruz, Bombay and Jai sandwich, Bandra, Bombay are my top favs in the city, that serve this. This one is especially close to the heart. Try it and tag #theflavorstation.
