Enter DIY Thai curry paste, can be used for yellow curries, Thai fried rice or as a marinade for tofu satay!
This is made with all common pantry ingredients.

Ingredients - 1 TBSP each of
Crushed garlic
crushed ginger
Honey
soy sauce
oil (high heat)
turmeric
crushed red chili flakes
Frozen lemongrass (optional)
coriander powder
crushed coriander seeds
Cinnamon powder
plus a pinch of nutmeg, salt
Recipe
Take a mixing bowl
Add the ingredients
Mix well
Use as a base for Thai curry (Recipe coming soon)
